Congratulations to all of this weekend's competitors!  The Leduc Recreation Center was home to 38 synchronized skating teams from BC and AB this weekend.  With several great skates, medals were awarded in 10 different categories.  The Northern Lites Synchronized Skating Club like to thank all the competitors, coaches, friends and families for traveling out to this great event.  We'd also like to thank the Mountain Regionals organizing committee in partnership with all of the volunteers for their hard work.  Your commitment to this event made it such a success!  To our sponsors thank you for all of your support!

General Information

The Northern Lites Synchronized Skating Club is excited to be hosting the first ever Mountain Regionals competition in Leduc, AB on January 29, 30 & 31.  Leduc will welcome over 750 athletes which will compete in 10 different events.  Teams will travel in from various parts of both BC and Alberta.  This 3 day event will welcome several spectators to the newly renovated facility, the Leduc Recreation Centre. 

The Northern Lites Synchronized Skating club welcomed 2010 with a bang!  Over 70 skaters from the club traveled to Calgary on January 16 & 17th to attend their first competition of the season, the 27th annual Rosebowl competition.  The Northern Lites Synchronized Skating Club was proud to have 5 teams compete at this event.  We'd like to congratulate the skaters on a great showing!
