75% of skaters must be 12 and younger and 25% of skaters must be younger than 15

• Team performs with 8-16 skaters
• Team performs a free program that is 3 min +/- 10 sec.

Festival Juvenile Well-Balanced Program

A Festival Juvenile well-balanced program must contain a maximum of the following six (6) elements:

• 1 Block Element
• 1 Circle Element
• 1 Intersection Element
• 1 Line Element
• 1 Wheel Element
• 1 Movement in Isolation (MI)
